At High Spirits, every order is packed with care, intention, and a sprinkle of magic. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process, ship, and deliver your orders — so you always know what to expect.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Each item is made to order to reduce waste and ensure the best quality — please allow a little extra time for this process, especially for embroidered or specialty items.

If there are delays due to high order volume or stock issues, we’ll notify you by email right away.


🌙 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing
    (These are estimates and may vary depending on customs or regional postal delays.)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.


🐾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

High Spirits is based in the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs.


💌 Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on location and order type.
All packages include tracking — if your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you still need help.


🖤 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at highspiritsxco@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to help resolve it — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Please note: once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to advocate for you.


Sustainability

We’re proud to work with print partners who use on-demand fulfillment — meaning your items are created only when you order them. This helps us reduce overproduction and waste, keeping our impact on the planet as low as possible.
