At High Spirits, each piece is made with care, intention, and a touch of magic. Because many of our items are made to order, we do our best to ensure every product is worthy of your energy before it ever leaves our hands.

That said, we know that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned — and we’re here to help.

🌿 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return, please email us at highspiritsxco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address if applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping fees).

🌙 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available).
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Because many of our products are custom-made, exchanges are not always guaranteed — but we’ll do our best to make it right.

🐾 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item.
Email us at highspiritsxco@gmail.com with a photo and brief description, and we’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.

We want you to love your order — no cursed deliveries here. 🖤

✨ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

🕯️ Refund Processing

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
